Day 2: Bishkek To Suusamyr Valley To Toktogul

Drive through the Too-Ashuu mountain area toward Suusamyr Valley, a broad highland pasture region traditionally associated with livestock herding and summer pasture life.

The valley provides a very different experience from the more developed Issyk-Kul region: wide open grasslands, horses, sheep, yurts and mountain horizons.

Day 3: Toktogul To Southern Kyrgyzstan To Osh

Continue south toward Osh.

The road passes through spectacular mountain valleys before descending toward the warmer Fergana Valley.

The landscape and culture gradually change as you approach southern Kyrgyzstan.

Arrive in أوش, one of the major historic cities of Central Asia.

Osh developed at the crossroads of important Silk Road routes and today remains a major cultural meeting point between Kyrgyz, Uzbek, Tajik and other communities.

In the evening, explore the city center and enjoy traditional southern Kyrgyz cuisine.

Day 4: Osh Cultural Heritage & Sulaiman-Too

Today is dedicated entirely to the cultural heritage of southern Kyrgyzstan.

Start with Sulaiman-Too Sacred Mountain, the UNESCO World Heritage Site overlooking Osh.

The mountain has been revered for centuries and contains sacred sites, caves, petroglyphs, pilgrimage paths and historic places of worship.

Explore selected parts of the mountain with your guide.

Continue to the historical and cultural areas of Osh.

Day 5: Osh To Uzgen To Kochkor

Early morning departure from Osh.

Travel toward Uzgen, one of the historic centers of southern Kyrgyzstan.

Visit the Uzgen Minaret and Karakhanid mausoleums, an important example of medieval architecture in the Fergana region.

The route provides an opportunity to see how Kyrgyzstan’s nomadic heritage overlaps with the settled agricultural and Silk Road cultures of the south. Uzgen was historically an important Karakhanid center.

Continue north toward central Kyrgyzstan.

The landscape gradually changes from the warm Fergana Valley to high mountain valleys.
