   Discover Almaty on a guided sightseeing tour.

   Your destination is Charyn Canyon, one of the country’s most remarkable natural attractions. Explore the famous Valley of Castles, where wind and water have shaped striking red rock formations into towers, cliffs, and sculpted walls.

   Enjoy time for photography and a walk along the canyon’s designated trails, adapting the route to the weather and the group’s preferences.

   Continue toward the Kolsai Lakes region, passing through rural landscapes and small settlements. The area is known for its mountain scenery, forests, and peaceful atmosphere.

   Begin the day with an excursion in the Kolsai Lakes region. Depending on the season, weather, and road conditions, enjoy a scenic walk or visit an accessible viewpoint overlooking one of the area’s beautiful mountain lakes.

   Continue toward Kaindy Lake, famous for its submerged tree trunks rising from the water. The surrounding forest and mountain scenery create one of Kazakhstan’s most distinctive landscapes.

   The final approach may require a suitable local vehicle or a walk, depending on road access and current conditions. In winter or during periods of poor weather, access may be restricted, and an alternative scenic excursion may be necessary.

   Later, continue toward the Kegen area, positioning the group for the following day’s border crossing into Kyrgyzstan.

   Continue toward the southern shore of Issyk-Kul Lake, enjoying views of the mountains and open landscapes along the way.

    Visit the magnificent ساحة ريغستان, framed by three monumental madrasas decorated with intricate tilework and geometric patterns. Continue to Gur-e-Amir, the mausoleum associated with Amir Timur and the Timurid dynasty.

    Samarkand’s architecture reflects centuries of artistic achievement and its historic position at the crossroads of trade, scholarship, and culture.
