Itinerary
Day 1: Bishkek to Burana to Issyk-Kul
Begin your ultimate Jeep adventure in Bishkek and head toward the mountains.
Visit the historic Burana Tower, an important monument of the ancient Silk Road.
Continue through the spectacular Boom Gorge toward Balykchy and the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake.
Continue along the northern shore and enjoy your first views of the vast alpine lake surrounded by the Tian Shan mountains.
Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxing walk along the lakeshore.
Overnight: Cholpon-Ata

Day 2: Cholpon-Ata to Grigorievsky Gorge to Semenovsky Gorge to Karakol
After breakfast, continue east along the northern shore of Issyk-Kul.
Visit the Open-Air Museum of Petroglyphs in Cholpon-Ata and discover ancient rock drawings dating back thousands of years.
Continue by 4×4 to Grigorievsky Gorge, a spectacular mountain valley surrounded by forests, alpine meadows and high peaks.
Continue to Semenovsky Gorge and explore its beautiful mountain landscapes.
In the afternoon, continue to Karakol, the adventure center of the Issyk-Kul region.
Overnight: Karakol

Day 3: Karakol to Altyn-Arashan to Karakol
Today is dedicated to one of the most spectacular mountain destinations in the region.
Travel by 4×4 into the mountains toward Altyn-Arashan Gorge.
The rugged mountain road leads through dramatic landscapes toward alpine meadows and snow-covered peaks.
Enjoy a hike through the valley and relax in the area’s famous natural hot springs.
Spend time surrounded by the spectacular Terskey Ala-Too mountains before returning to Karakol.
Overnight: Karakol

Note: Access to Altyn-Arashan is dependent on road, weather and seasonal conditions. A suitable 4×4 vehicle is required.
Day 4: Karakol to Jeti-Oguz to Kochkor to Song-Kul
Leave Karakol and begin the journey toward central Kyrgyzstan.
Stop at Jeti-Oguz Gorge, famous for its striking red sandstone formations known as the Seven Bulls and the Broken Heart.
Continue through mountain landscapes toward Kochkor.
From Kochkor, leave the main roads and begin the 4×4 journey toward Song-Kul Lake.
Cross mountain roads and high-altitude terrain before arriving at the spectacular alpine lake.
Spend the evening at a traditional yurt camp surrounded by summer pastures and nomadic communities.
Overnight: Song-Kul yurt camp

Day 5: Song-Kul to Naryn to Tash-Rabat
Wake up surrounded by the peaceful landscapes of Song-Kul.
After breakfast, enjoy time around the lake with an optional horse riding experience or short hike.
Continue your Jeep adventure toward Naryn, traveling through remote mountain landscapes.
Continue from Naryn toward the Tash-Rabat Valley.
Visit the remarkable Tash-Rabat Caravanserai, a historic stone structure that once served Silk Road travelers and merchants.
Explore the surrounding valley and enjoy the remote mountain scenery.
Overnight: Tash-Rabat yurt camp

Day 6: Tash-Rabat to At-Bashy to Ak-Sai Valley to Kel-Suu
Today begins one of the most remote sections of the adventure.
Travel through the At-Bashy Valley toward the spectacular Ak-Sai Valley.
Continue deeper into the mountains by 4×4 toward Kel-Suu Lake.
The road becomes increasingly rugged as you approach this remote alpine destination.
Arrive at Kel-Suu and enjoy the spectacular turquoise lake surrounded by dramatic cliffs and high mountain peaks.
Depending on conditions, enjoy a short hike and photography around the lake.
Overnight: Kel-Suu / Ak-Sai Valley yurt camp
Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
Day 7: Kel-Suu to Ak-Sai Valley to Naryn
Wake up in the spectacular Ak-Sai mountain region.
Enjoy the morning around Kel-Suu Lake.
Depending on weather, water levels and local availability, an optional boat excursion may be possible.
After exploring the area, begin the return journey through the remote Ak-Sai Valley.
Continue by 4×4 toward Naryn, enjoying the changing landscapes as you descend from the high mountains.
Overnight: Naryn
Meals: Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
Day 8: Naryn to Kochkor to Issyk-Kul Region
After breakfast, begin your journey back toward the Issyk-Kul region.
Travel through the mountain landscapes of central Kyrgyzstan and continue toward Kochkor.
Enjoy scenic stops along the route and, depending on availability, experience local culture and traditional Kyrgyz crafts.
Continue toward Issyk-Kul and enjoy the changing scenery from high mountain valleys to the lake basin.
Overnight: Issyk-Kul region

Day 9: Issyk-Kul to Balykchy to Boom Gorge to Bishkek
Enjoy breakfast before beginning the final drive of your Kyrgyzstan Jeep adventure.
Travel toward Balykchy and enter the dramatic Boom Gorge.
Enjoy scenic mountain views and photography stops along the route.
Continue toward Bishkek and arrive in the capital in the afternoon or evening.
Tour ends in Bishkek.

The route includes rough mountain roads, unpaved tracks, high-altitude passes and remote valleys. Some driving days can be long, and road conditions can significantly affect travel times.
Access to Altyn-Arashan, Song-Kul, Tash-Rabat and especially Kel-Suu depends on seasonal and weather conditions.
Kel-Suu is a remote high-altitude destination. Lake access and optional boat excursions are dependent on weather, water levels, local regulations and road conditions.
The itinerary may be modified when necessary because of weather, road conditions, mountain pass accessibility or safety considerations.
