Itinerary
1 DAY: Arrival to Bishkek
Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek
- Arrival at Manas International Airport.
- Meet your private driver and transfer to your hotel in Bishkek.
- After check-in, meet your guide for a short tour briefing.
- Depending on arrival time, enjoy an easy walking tour through central Bishkek, including Ala-Too Square, Oak Park and the city center.
- This relaxed first day gives travelers time to recover from their journey.

Day 2: Ala-Archa National Park Easy Trek

- After breakfast, drive to Ala-Archa National Park, one of the most accessible mountain destinations from Bishkek.
- The park is approximately 40 km from the capital and offers several hiking possibilities.
- For beginners, we recommend the scenic route toward Ak-Sai Waterfall or a shorter section of the valley depending on fitness and weather.
- The standard Ak-Sai Waterfall hike is commonly described as a moderate day hike of around 4–5 hours, reaching approximately 3,200 m, so the guide can shorten the route for guests who prefer an easier walk.
- Return to Bishkek in the afternoon.

Day 3: Bishkek to Boom Gorge to Issyk-Kul

- Continue toward the northern shore of Issyk-Kul.

- Today, explore the spectacular southern shore of Issyk-Kul.
- Visit Skazka (Fairytale) Canyon, famous for its colorful sandstone formations shaped by wind and erosion.
- The canyon is ideal for beginner hikers because visitors can explore the rock formations through a network of short trails without committing to a long mountain trek.
- Continue toward Barskoon Valley.
- Take a relaxed walk around the valley and visit one of the lower waterfalls.

Skazka is specifically suited to shorter walks, while deeper mountain routes in the region require more preparation.
Day 5: Barskoon Valley & Waterfalls to Jeti-Oguz

- Take an easy hike toward the famous Barskoon Waterfalls, choosing the appropriate trail according to weather and group fitness.
- After lunch, drive toward Jeti-Oguz.
- Visit the famous Seven Bulls red-rock formations and Broken Heart rock.
- Continue into the lower part of Jeti-Oguz Valley for a gentle nature walk.

Day 6: Jeti-Oguz to Kok-Jaiyk Valley

- After breakfast, continue deeper into the beautiful Jeti-Oguz area.
- Hike toward Kok-Jaiyk, also known as the Valley of Flowers.
- The route passes through forests, open meadows and mountain scenery.
- Enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by the Tien Shan.
- For guests who prefer a shorter hike, the guide can reduce the route and arrange a vehicle transfer for part of the journey.
- Return to the accommodation in the afternoon.

Kok-Jaiyk is around 6 km up the valley from the Jeti-Oguz resort and is considered one of the easier ways to experience the mountain landscape without committing to a high-pass trek.
Day 7: Jeti-Oguz to Karakol

- Enjoy a relaxed morning before driving to Karakol.
- On arrival, explore the historic town.
- Visit the colorful Dungan Mosque and the wooden Orthodox church.
- Enjoy a traditional lunch and an easy afternoon walk through Karakol.
- In the evening, try local specialties including Ashlan-Fu.

Option C — Winter alternative:
Snowshoeing or a gentle winter walk around the Karakol/Jyrgalan area.
The exact route is selected according to weather, snow conditions and the group’s ability.
Return to Karakol in the afternoon.
