Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Bishkek

- Arrival at Manas International Airport and private transfer to your hotel in Bishkek.
- After check-in, meet your guide for a tour briefing and preparation for the adventure ahead.
- Depending on arrival time, enjoy an easy city walk through Ala-Too Square, Oak Park and the central streets of Bishkek.

Day 2: Bishkek to Kochkor to Song-Kul
Day 2: Bishkek to Kochkor to Song-Kul
- After breakfast, depart Bishkek and drive through the spectacular Kyrgyz countryside toward Kochkor.
- Visit a local community or handicraft workshop and learn about traditional Kyrgyz felt-making.
- Continue toward Song-Kul, one of Kyrgyzstan’s most beautiful high-altitude lakes at approximately 3,000 m.
- Arrive at the lake and settle into a traditional nomadic yurt camp.

- Spend the day exploring the magnificent Song-Kul region on foot.
- Hike across open alpine meadows surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Depending on weather and group fitness, the guide will select the best route around the lake and surrounding valleys.
- Experience traditional nomadic life, visit a local family and enjoy Kyrgyz hospitality.
- Optional horseback riding can be arranged.

Day 4: Song-Kul to Naryn
Day 4: Song-Kul to Naryn
- Enjoy a final morning at Song-Kul before descending toward Naryn.
- The route passes through dramatic mountain landscapes, remote valleys and traditional settlements.
- Arrive in Naryn in the afternoon and relax after the journey.

Day 5: Naryn to Kel-Suu Region

- Today the adventure becomes more remote.
- Drive toward the spectacular Lac Kel-Suu in the Kok-Kiya Valley. The journey takes you deep into one of Kyrgyzstan’s wildest mountain regions.
- Kel-Suu is located close to the Chinese border, and the area is subject to border-zone regulations. Your local team will arrange the necessary access requirements.
- Settle into a mountain camp and prepare for tomorrow’s trek.

Day 6: Kel-Suu Lake Trek

- Early morning, begin your trek toward the legendary Lac Kel-Suu.
- Surrounded by enormous cliffs and rugged Tien Shan peaks, Kel-Suu is one of the most dramatic landscapes in Central Asia.
- Explore the lake area and enjoy time for photography and relaxation before returning to camp.

Day 7: Kel-Suu to Kochkor

- After breakfast, leave the Kel-Suu region and travel back toward Kochkor.
- Enjoy a scenic drive through remote valleys and high mountain passes.
- Arrive in Kochkor in the evening and relax at a local guesthouse.

Day 8: Kochkor to Karakol

- Travel east toward Karakol through spectacular mountain scenery.
- Stop at viewpoints and local villages along the way.
- Arrive in Karakol, the adventure capital of eastern Kyrgyzstan. In the evening, enjoy a traditional dinner and prepare for the Ala-Kul trek.

Day 9: Karakol to Karakol Valley to Sirota Camp

- Transfer from Karakol into the Karakol Valley and begin the famous Ala-Kul trekking route.
- Hike through forest and alpine terrain toward the mountain camp near Sirota.
- The landscape gradually becomes more dramatic as you enter the high Tien Shan.

Day 10: Sirota to Ala-Kul Lake

Continue climbing toward Ala-Kul Lake.

Day 11: Ala-Kul Pass to Altyn-Arashan

- Today is the most spectacular trekking day.
- Climb to Ala-Kul Pass, reaching approximately 3,860 m, with breathtaking views over the lake and surrounding Tien Shan mountains.
- Descend carefully through rocky terrain toward the famous Altyn-Arashan Valley.
- Relax in the valley and enjoy the opportunity to soak in natural hot springs.
Overnight: Guesthouse/camp in Altyn-Arashan
Trekking: Approximately 12–14 km

Day 12: Altyn-Arashan to Karakol
Day 12: Altyn-Arashan to Karakol
- Enjoy a relaxed morning in Altyn-Arashan.
- Continue descending through the valley before taking a 4WD transfer toward Karakol.
- After arrival, enjoy a well-deserved free afternoon.
- Optional visit to Karakol’s famous Dungan Mosque and Orthodox Church.
