Es liegt an der Hauptstra\u00dfe zwischen Balykchy und Karakol und ist ein praktischer Zwischenstopp f\u00fcr Reisende, die das S\u00fcdufer erkunden, sowie eine ruhigere Basis, um den See, die Berge und die nahegelegenen Naturattraktionen zu genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Dorf hat eine ungew\u00f6hnliche Geschichte. Gegr\u00fcndet im Jahr 1947, entwickelte sich Kadji-Say um den Bergbau und die Industrie der Sowjetzeit herum, bevor es allm\u00e4hlich zu einem Erholungs- und Tourismusgebiet am See wurde. Es wurde 1947 im Zusammenhang mit der Erschlie\u00dfung eines nahegelegenen Braunkohlevorkommens gegr\u00fcndet und sp\u00e4ter mit der Uranproduktion und Industrieanlagen in Verbindung gebracht.
